Refund policy
No returns for used products. 10% restocking fee within fourteen (14) days upon receipt of product. 20% restocking fee between fifteen (15) and thirty (30) days upon receipt of product. In addition, if item purchased was shipped via freight, original freight charges will be deducted from refund. No returns after thirty (30) days of receipt of product. Written request for an RMA is required. Return date is the written request date of the valid RMA accompanying returned product.
No returns of any type will be accepted by Seller unless accompanied by a unique RMA number, which Customer may obtain by providing the following information to Pavemade Customer Relations: customer name, applicable invoice number, product serial number, and details of Customer’s issue with the product. Customer has five (5) days to return a Product after the applicable RMA is issued. Pavemade reserves the right to refuse any UNAUTHORIZED returns: those that occur after the five (5) day period or those involving Products that are unaccompanied by valid RMA’s.
