Pavemade BOND-X GREEN High Performance Pothole Patch is a premium quality, pre-mixed, all weather, permanent asphalt patch; AKA “cold patch”. It combines a premium black aggregate with a special bitumen formula using a biodegradable, renewable, organic binder replacing petroleum derivatives normally found in conventional cold patch.

PREPARATION
Simply sweep the area to be repaired with a bristle brush or broom. Remove any loose debris, dirt, ice, or water from the area to be repaired. This prep work will promote good adhesion and bonding.
APPLICATION
No heating or mixing required. Just shovel patch into the pothole, crack, or rut, straight from the container. If the area is deep, i.e. over six inches, apply in two inch layers, compacting one layer at a time. Shovel enough material into the area to crown the “patch”. Finally, compress the “patch” with a tamper. Area can be opened to traffic immediately.
COVERAGE
Depth and width of pothole, crack, or utility cut will affect the material needed. As a guide, forty pounds of Pavemade BOND-X GREEN High Performance Pothole Patch will fill a four foot square hole 2 inches deep.

CLEAN UP
All tools should be cleaned immediately after use with a solvent base cleaner such as varsol, paint thinner or mineral spirits.
STORAGE
Always keep container tightly closed when not in use to prevent “hardening” over long periods of storage. Bulk stockpile does not require special storage for up to one year. Recommend to “turn” portion of pile prior to loading from stockpile and for extended storage life it is recommended to cover stockpile.
